To help reduce unauthorised resale for profit, tickets for this event will not be issued immediately.  If you selected Print at Home, they will be emailed on or soon after Friday 11 August. If you elected to collect them, you may visit our box office any time from this date until the event.  If your tickets are being sent by post, they should be received in your post box by Tuesday 22 August. Venues not already indicated will be confirmed by this date. All venues are located within the Sydney Opera House.

You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a 6 min walk to the Opera House. If you’re getting dropped off in a car head to the roundabout at the bottom Macquarie Street where staff will direct you to a safe place to pull over.

By purchasing 3 or more tickets to different Antidote sessions, you qualify for a multipack which entitles you to a discount. Save 10% when you buy 3-4 tickets, or 15% when you buy 5 or more. It’s also the best way to attend the festival, in our humble opinion.

Yes, most of Antidote will be recorded and then made available in the following weeks on the Ideas at the House YouTube or iTunes channels.

The festival also live streams two of its main sessions to venues across Australia as part of its Satellite Program.

Antidote is a festival of ideas, art and action that will be held at the Sydney Opera House over the weekend of 2 and 3 September 2017. It celebrates the artists, thinkers and doers who have spearheaded change in a time of uncertainty.  

Yes you can. There will be a bookstore in the Western Foyer on Sunday 3 September, and many speakers often sign books immediately after their sessions.

Refunds for performance tickets are payable in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice - Consumer Code. Exchanges for performance tickets or the replacement of lost, stolen or missing tickets may be permitted under certain conditions and fees may apply.
